New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, October 28, 2013) – The southbound on ramp to State Route 7 at the Logan Avenue Interchange in Mingo Junction, Jefferson County, will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, October 30th, as part of a $2.55 million bridge replacement project over McLister Avenue that began in June.
Traffic will be detoured east on Logan Ave. to Commercial Ave. south, then west on St. Clair Ave. to Murdock Ave. to re-enter SR 7 southbound. This ramp closure could last six months, depending on weather.
One lane of traffic is being maintained in each direction on SR 7.
