State Route 7 interchange lighting to be upgraded
New Philadelphia, Ohio (Monday, December 02, 2013) – Work is set to begin next Monday, December 9th, to upgrade the State Route 7 interchange lighting at Wellsville in Columbiana County.
The safety upgrade includes the interchanges of Clark Avenue, SR 39, and SR 45.
Most work will be completed from the shoulders, but there will be some intermittent lane restrictions using flaggers, signs, and cones during daytime hours.
ODOT’s contractor for this $675,000 project is Cornerstone Electric Inc., from Salem, Ohio, and the completion date is July 2014.
