BELMONT COUNTY - SR 647 to be closed in Martins
Ferry for slide repairs
BELMONT COUNTY –
SR 647 in Martins Ferry will close Monday, May 7th, for 21 days
for a slip repair project. This closure is the second of three closures in
this area of SR 647, the first closure took place last fall. Work will take place from Darrah Rd. to Crescent Rd..
The third closure on
this project will take place in the near future, more information for that
closure will be announced as it becomes available.
Traffic will be
detoured on SR 150 west to U.S. Route 250 east to SR 7 north back to SR 647
(Hanover Street) in Martins Ferry, and reverse.
ODOT’s contractor for
this $478,000 project is Ohio-West Virginia Excavating Co., from Shadyside,
Ohio, and the completion date is August 30th, 2018.
