STATE ROUTE 7 TRAFFIC TO BE STOPPED TOMORROW FOR WORK AT THE W.H. SAMMIS PLANT
(NEW PHILADELPHIA, OHIO) -- Weather permitting, State Route 7 traffic will be stopped for approximately 15 to 20 minutes tomorrow morning from Stratton Heights Road to just before the tunnel in Stratton, Jefferson County, while the FirstEnergy Corp. transports a ring as part of their environmental control retrofit construction project now underway at the company's W. H. Sammis Plant.
This work is anticipated to take place around 8 a.m., March 19th; however, if inclement weather exists, the work will be postponed to Thursday, March 20th.
