GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Thursday, January 26, 2016) –
Ohio Department of Transportation District 12 crews are already out across
Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties salting, plowing and patrolling roadways.
The District will be fully staffed with crews working around the clock until
the snow passes.
The widespread snow event is expected to deposit 1 - 3
inches in Cuyahoga and Geauga counties and 1 - 4 inches in Lake County through
Sunday, January 29. Although there are no current weather advisories, crews are
prepared to shift trucks to areas of heavy accumulation in the event of snow squalls.
