Innerbelt Update

Attention Commuters:
Beginning at 7 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, March 15, access to the E 9th Street entrance ramp to I-90 west will change.  Motorists who are eastbound on Carnegie Avenue may not access the ramp directly, but instead must turn right on E 9th Street to access the ramp.  The Carnegie leg of the ramp will remain closed for up to a month.  See map at right, or click here, for location information.

Gateway Impacts:
  • Thursday and Friday, March 15-16, the E 9th Street entrance ramp to I-77 south will be closed from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. each day.  Motorists may detour via E 9th Street to Orange Avenue to I-77 south.
Tremont Impacts:
  • Kenilworth Avenue will remain closed this week, reopening by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 16.
