Innerbelt Update
 
Attention Commuters: Overnight tonight, Friday, April 27, beginning at 11 p.m., crews will be changing the work zone at the intersection of Carnegie Avenue and Ontario Street.  Motorists may encounter delays during the transition period. 
 
CANCELED!!  Overnight Thursday, May 3, crews will close I-90 west between I-77 and I-490, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday morning.  Additional impacts to traffic are below:
Gateway Impacts:
§   Monday thru Friday, April 30 – May 4, E 9th Street and E 14th Street may have lane restrictions under I-90.
§   NEW!!  Thursday and Friday, May 3 and 4, the E 9th Street ramp to I-77 south will be closed from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. 
§   UPDATED!!  Monday thru Wednesday, April 30 – May 2, the ramp from E 9th Street to I-77 south may have intermittent closures between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.
§   Commercial Road remains closed between Central Viaduct Way (near Carnegie) and Canal Road.  Click here for more information about this closure and the available detours and alternate routes.  The NEW E 9th Street Extension is on schedule to open on Friday, May 4.  More details to follow!   
 
Tremont Impacts:
§   Monday, April 30 at 7 a.m., Starkweather Avenue will close under I-90.  It will remain closed until the evening of Wednesday, May 2 at approximately 5 p.m.  Use Fairfield, Kenilworth or Clark.
