Cleveland: East Boulevard Resurfacing to Begin July 1
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, June 24, 2015) – Coming soon, the Ohio Department of Transportation in coordination with the City of Cleveland and NOACA, will begin a project to resurface East Boulevard. On
Wednesday, July 1, East Boulevard will be closed to northbound traffic between Superior Avenue and St. Clair Avenue through early-August
. Northbound motorists will be detoured via East 105th
Street to St. Clair Avenue.
In early-August, East Boulevard will be closed to northbound traffic between Euclid Avenue and East 105th Street through mid-September. Northbound motorists will be detoured via Euclid Avenue to East 105th Street.
In mid-September, East Boulevard will be closed to northbound traffic between East 105th Street and Superior Avenue – except between East 105th Street and Wade Park where two-way traffic will be maintained at all times – through October. Northbound motorists will be detoured via East 105th Street to St. Clair Avenue.
East Blvd. will be open to southbound traffic throughout the project.
The entire project resurfaces East Boulevard between Euclid Avenue and St. Clair Avenue.
This city of Cleveland project is funded through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) with construction administration by ODOT.
