Cleveland: Harvard Avenue Resurfacing to Begin July 6
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, June 24, 2015) – Starting soon, the Ohio Department of Transportation in coordination with the city of Cleveland and NOACA will begin a project to resurface Harvard Avenue. On Monday, July 6, Harvard Avenue will be closed to eastbound traffic between East 55th Street and East 93rd Street through October.
Eastbound motorist will be detoured via I-77 northbound to Broadway Avenue to Union Avenue to East 93rd Street.
Harvard Avenue will be open to westbound traffic throughout the project.
The entire project resurfaces Harvard Avenue between East 55th Street and East 93rd Street.
This city of Cleveland project is funded through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) with construction administration by ODOT.
