Cleveland: Harvard Avenue to Close Monday over Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, March 27, 2013) – On Monday, April 1, crews on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation will close Harvard Avenue between East 100th Street and East 103rd Street over the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad tracks in the city of Cleveland.
The bridge will be closed in both directions through October 2013 as crews replace the bridge structure over the railroad tracks.
Motorists will be detoured via East 93rd Street, Miles Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to avoid the closure.
