GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Thursday, May 24, 2012) – The following Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) construction projects have work involving lane and/or ramp closures overnight Thursday, May 24:
I-480 Resurfacing, Maple Heights, Warrensville Heights, Bedford Heights & North Randall
Overnight Thursday, May 24, crews will close the I-271 southbound ramp to U.S. 422 eastbound from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. for paving operations. Motorists will be detoured via I-480 westbound to Miles Road to I-480 eastbound to U.S. 422 eastbound. Also Overnight Thursday, crews will close the I-480 westbound entrance and exit ramps at Miles Road from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. for paving operations. I-480 westbound motorists will be detoured via Lee Road to I-90 eastbound to Miles Road. Miles Road motorists will be detoured via Northfield road to I-480 westbound.
Various Locations in Cuyahoga County, Crack Sealing
Overnight Thursday, May 24, crews will close various lanes on I-271 southbound between Fairmount Blvd. and Emery Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to perform crack sealing operations.
Maplegrove Road over I-90, Willoughby Hills
Overnight Thursday, May 24, crews will close the I-90 westbound exit ramp to SR 91 as well as close multiple lanes on I-90 east and westbound under Maplegrove Road from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to perform bridge deck demolition operations. I-90 westbound motorists will be detoured via SR 84 (Bishop Road) to I-90 eastbound to SR 91.
