Culvert Replacements in Geauga and Lake Counties Close Local Roads
Closures will last approximately seven days
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Monday, April 2, 2012) – Beginning Monday, April 9, crews on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will close two Geauga and Lake county roads for about seven days in order to perform culvert replacements.
On Monday, April 9, crews will close SR 87 between SR 306 and Caves Road in Russell Township for approximately seven days, weather permitting. Motorists will be detoured via SR 91, U.S. 322 and SR 306 to avoid the closure. Following the closure, two-way traffic will be maintained utilizing a temporary traffic signal through the project’s completion.

On Monday, April 9, 2012, crews will close SR 84 between SR 528 (North Lake Street) and SR 534 in Madison Township for approximately seven days, weather permitting. Motorists will be detoured via SR 528, I-90 and SR 534.
