Geauga County: SR 306 Culvert Replacement Work to Begin Tuesday
Complete closure of SR 306 near Beacon Hill Drive to begin approximately June 13
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Friday, March 27, 2016) – On Tuesday, May 31, crews on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will begin preliminary work to replace a culvert on SR 306 near Beacon Hill Drive in Bainbridge Township. Crews will be maintaining two-way traffic utilizing flaggers.
On approximately June 13, crews will close SR 306 at Beacon Hill Drive for about 25 days in order to perform the major culvert replacement work. Motorists will be detoured via SR 43 (Aurora Road), SR 91 (SOM Center Road) and U.S. 422. Following the closure, two-way traffic will again be maintained utilizing flaggers.
Culvert replacement work on SR 166 between SR 528 and Dewey Road and U.S. 322 between Hunt Road and Townline Road is also a part of this project. Two-way traffic will be maintained utilizing flaggers in these sections. Further details will be forthcoming.
Project: Culvert repairs and replacements on SR 166, SR 306 and U.S. 322 in Thompson, Bainbridge and Huntsburg Townships.
