Heisley Road over State Route 2 Closed to Southbound Traffic
Postponed to January 16
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, January 9, 2013) – The closure of Heisley Road over SR 2 to southbound traffic has been postponed to January 16, as crews complete necessary signalization operations. Heisley Road over SR 2 will be closed to southbound traffic through mid-October 2013. Two lanes
of northbound traffic will be maintained across the bridge throughout construction.
Southbound Heisley Road motorists will be detoured via SR 2 westbound to SR 615 (Center Street) to SR 2 eastbound to Heisley Road southbound.
Motorists can expect daily lane closures on SR 2 under Heisley Road. Daily lane closures will occur on SR 2 east and westbound from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will not impact peak travel times.
