On Saturday, April 16, crews will close E. 14th St. under I-90 from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Motorists will be detoured via E. 9th or E. 22nd Streets.  Overnight Sunday, April 17, crews will perform short, intermittent closures of all lanes of I-90 in the vicinity of E. 14th St. as well as the I-77 northbound ramp to I-90 eastbound between the hours of midnight and 2 a.m. as an overhead sign is relocated.  Traffic will be stopped for short durations and then allowed to pass.  Nightly lane closures on I-90 over E. 14th Street will continue.  Daily lane closures are expected on the extension of Community College Ave. in the vicinity of St. Vincent Charity Hospital.  Both daily and nightly lane closures on E. 14th Street under I-90 continue through early summer.  Pile driving operations will take place daily through the fall of 2011.  Until approximately late May, the I-90 westbound ramp to I-77 southbound and I-77 northbound ramp to I-90 eastbound are restricted as the ramps over E. 14th St. are rebuilt.  The E. 21st Street ramp to I-77 southbound is closed through approximately 2016.  The I-90 eastbound ramp to I-77 southbound and I-77 northbound ramp to I-90 westbound are permanently closed and motorists are rerouted via I-490.  University Rd. is permanently closed along the west bank of the Cuyahoga River.  Tentative completion date: fall 2013.
