Crews are currently working on pavement widening, underground drainage, retaining walls, and replacement of the bridge that carries the Shoreway over the Lake Avenue entrance ramp. Sheet piling like this is being installed around the project to hold-back hillsides as crews work – not to worry, it’s only temporary!
Lakefront West Project Update:
· Beginning Monday, October 5, the speed limit for both east and westbound traffic will become the new boulevard speed limit of 35 MPH between Clifton Boulevard and the Main Avenue Bridge. This is a reduction from the current 40 MPH.
