GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, August 15, 2012) – In addition to permanent work zones, the following work is scheduled to take place over the weekend in Cuyahoga County:
Weekend Long Work:
On Friday, August 17, crews on behalf of the Ohio Department of Transportation will close the I-480 eastbound exit ramp to Ridge Road in order to perform pavement repairs. The ramp will close on Friday at 9 p.m. and all lanes will reopen Monday, August 13h at 6 a.m. Motorists will detour via I-480 eastbound to State Road and re-enter I-480 westbound to Ridge Road.
Friday, August 17:
Crews will close the I-271 southbound exit ramp to U.S. 322 eastbound from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. in order to perform paving operations. Motorists will be detoured via I-271 southbound to Cedar/Brainard Road to I-271 northbound to U.S. 322 eastbound. Also overnight Friday, crews will close the local lanes on I-271 southbound at U.S. 322 from midnight to 7 a.m. in order to perform paving operations. Motorists will be detoured via I-271 southbound exit ramp to U.S. 322 and directed to re-enter I-271 southbound.

State Route 87 Culvert Replacement, Russell Township
