GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Thursday, July 2, 2015) – Due to the July 4th Holiday, work on many construction projects will be suspended from July 3-5. Permanent work zone restrictions will remain in place. Minimal impacts to traffic are expected.
The following Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) construction project will have a lane closure on Friday, July 3:
· Crews will close the right lane of I-90 east at West 25th Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving operations. Weather permitting, the West 25th Street ramp from I-90 east is intended to reopen the evening of Friday, July 3. Detour via W 41st/W 44th Streets.
During the week of July 6, construction will begin on these projects:
· State Route 2 Noise Barrier Installation, Mentor
· Guardrail Repairs, Various Locations
The following ODOT construction projects have updated work involving lane and/or ramp closures:
Broadview Road (State Route 94) Resurfacing, Cleveland
North Street Resurfacing and Drainage Improvements, Chagrin Falls
