GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, July 3, 2013) – Due to the 4th of July holiday, there will be minimal construction work from July 4 through 7.
Wednesday, July 3:
· Overnight Wednesday, July 3, crews will close two lanes on I-480 westbound on the Valley View Bridge from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. for sign repair operations.
Friday, July 5 & Saturday, July 6:
· Overnight Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6 crews will close one lane on I-480 east and westbound at Warrensville Center Road at 9 p.m. and the right two lanes at 11 p.m. until 10 a.m. the following morning in order to perform work under the bridge.
Sunday, July 7:
· Overnight Sunday, July 7, crews will close one lane on I-480 east and westbound at Warrensville Center Road at 9 p.m. and the right two lanes at 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning in order to perform work under the bridge.
Monday, July 8:
Lake County: On Monday, July 8, crews with Norfolk Southern Railroad will be closing SR 528 between SR 84 and U.S. 20 to perform work on the tracks. State Route 528 will be closed until Friday, July 12. Motorists will be detoured via SR 84, SR 534 and U.S. 20.
The following Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) construction projects have updated work involving lane and/or ramp closures beginning Friday, July 5 through Thursday, July 11:
I-71 Resurfacing, Cleveland
I-90 Resurfacing, Cleveland and Lakewood
*NEW*State Route 87 (Woodhill Road)/Buckeye Road and Shaker Blvd Bridge Replacement, Cleveland
Warrensville Center Road over I-480, Maple Heights & Warrensville Heights
