CUYAHOGA COUNTY (Friday, October 17, 2014) – The following Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) construction projects have updated work involving lane and/or ramp closures for the upcoming weekend:
Friday, October 17 – Saturday, October 18
· On Friday, October 17 at 9 p.m. crews will close the left two lanes on I-77 northbound between Fleet Avenue and Pershing Avenue through 6 p.m. Saturday, October 18 in order to perform bridge repair operations at Pershing Avenue.
Weekend Long Work:
· On Friday, October 17, crews will close the right two lanes on SR 2 (West Shoreway) eastbound between Edgewater Park Drive and West 49th Street at 10 a.m. through 6 a.m. Monday, October 20 for bridge painting operations at Herman Avenue.
· On Friday, October 17, crews will close the right two lane on I-90 westbound between SR 615 and SR 306 from 8 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, October 19 in order to perform pavement repairs. Also on Friday, October 17 at 8 p.m., crews will close the right lane on I-90 eastbound between SR 615 and the Concord Township Rest Areas until 4 p.m. Sunday, October 19 in order to perform pavement repairs operations. Traffic delays are expected. Motorists are encouraged to use SR 44 and SR 2 as an alternate route.
On Friday, October 17 at 8 p.m., crews will close I-77 north and southbound between I-480 and I-490 through 6 a.m. Monday, October 20
as crews work to shift traffic back to its normal configuration on the I-77 bridge deck north of I-480. Get additional information and detour information here
