Public Meeting Notice
ODOT to Host Public Meeting for Parkman Township Intersection Improvements
The Ohio Department of Transportation has completed a study for Main Market Road (US 422) and Main Street (SR 88/168/528) Intersection in Parkman Township.
The preferred alternative of the study improves the northwest and northeast corners to accommodate trucks. This alternative will require additional right-of-way from both corners and the removal of the Cromwell Building on the northwest corner of the intersection. The Parkman Park is considered a recreational resource under Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966 (23 CFR 774) and is provided protection from adverse impacts due to federal-aid transportation projects.
The proposed intersection improvements will be presented at a Public Meeting on:
Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2016
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Presentation starts at 6:30 p.m.)
Place: Parkman Community Center
