Beginning Thursday morning, April 28, the following changes will take place in Section 1 of Cleveland’s Opportunity Corridor:
· Cedar Avenue will reopen to eastbound traffic between E 100th Street and Stokes Blvd. Both east and westbound traffic will be maintained with one lane in each direction shifted onto the newly constructed pavement.
· E 105th Street will reopen to both north and southbound traffic between Quebec and Cedar Avenues. In addition all the side street in the section will be accessible from E 105th Street.
· E 105th Street will close between Wilbur and Carnegie Avenues until early July. This will be in addition to the already closed section between Cedar and Wilbur Avenues. Detour will remain utilizing E 100th Street and Carnegie Avenue.
· Wilbur Avenue will be reduced to one lane at E 105th Street until mid-June. Both east and westbound traffic will be maintained via stop signs.
