On Tuesday, May 26, the Norman Avenue and Hudson Avenue intersections at East 105th Street will close for approximately 30 days. Local traffic will be detoured on Frank Avenue (westbound only), Arthur Avenue (eastbound only), East 107th Street and East 108th Street.
Norman Avenue and Hudson Avenue will temporarily become a two-way traffic street between East 105th Street and East 107th Street.
East 105th Street will remain closed to southbound traffic between Cedar Avenue and Quincy Avenue until approximately late-July. Southbound motorists will be detoured via Cedar Avenue to East 100th Street to Quincy Avenue. East 105th Street will remain open to northbound traffic.
During this time construction activities will include pavement removal, excavation, waterline installation, electrical work, drainage and paving operations.
