SR 91 Closed

GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Friday, July 8, 2016) – Overnight Thursday, July 14, crews on behalf of the Ohio Department
of Transportation (ODOT) will close SR 91 north and southbound between
Hackney Rd. and Shaker Blvd. beginning at 9:00 p.m. and will reopen 6:00 a.m.
Friday, July 15, in order to facilitate demolition of
portion of the bridge.
Traffic will be detoured via SR 87 (Woodland
Avenue), SR 306 (Chillicothe Rd.) and U.S 6 (Euclid Chardon Rd). SR 91 will be
open to local traffic.
Two-way traffic is currently maintained on the
SR 91 bridge between Hackney Road and Shaker Blvd. utilizing a temporary
traffic signal through late-September as bridge repair operations take place.
SR 91 will close overnight on four separate occasions and Hackney Rd. at SR 91
is scheduled to close for 90 days for bridge work. Details will be forthcoming.

The Ohio Department of

applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been,
carried out by ODOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding
dated December 11, 2015, and executed by FHWA and ODOT.
