GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Friday, March 23, 2012) – Major construction and Phase I traffic pattern changes on Taylor Road between Euclid Heights Blvd. and Bayreuth Road, in the city of Cleveland Heights, that were scheduled for Monday, March 26 have been postponed as crews continue to complete necessary preliminary work.  The new start date for major work and Phase I traffic pattern changes will be forthcoming.  For details about the Phase I traffic pattern click here.  
On Monday, March 26, crews will close the Center Street bridge from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in order to perform routine maintenance operations.  Crews will also be closing the Center Street bridge on Wednesday, March 28 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for routine maintenance.  During these closures motorists will be detoured via Columbus Road, Franklin Avenue, West 25th Street and Main Avenue.  For more information about the Center Street bridge, please contact the city of Cleveland Division of Engineering and Construction at 216.664.2381
