*Updated* I-90 ramps to close overnight this week
June 3, 2008, Garfield Heights, OH… Work originally schedule for overnight tonight, June 3 has been cancelled due to impending inclement weather. An updated schedule follows:
Note: Closures will begin at approximately 8 p.m. each night. All lanes and ramps are expected to open no later than 5 a.m. each morning.
Overnight Wednesday, June 4:
Crews will close the W. 25th St. ramp to I-90 westbound. Motorist may detour via W. 25th St. south to Clark Ave. to W. 41st St.
Overnight Thursday, June 5:
Crews will close the I-90 eastbound ramp to W. 25th St. Motorist may detour via I-71 southbound to W. 25th St.
Overnight Friday, June 6:
Crews will close the I-90 eastbound ramp to I-71/SR 176 southbound. Motorist may detour via I-490 eastbound to Broadway Ave. to I-490 westbound and on to I-71/SR 176 southbound.
All dates and times are approximate and weather dependent. Should operations be cancelled due to inclement weather closures will be performed the following night.
The entire project resurfaces I-90 between W. 44th St. and I-490. The project is expected to be complete in October 2008.
