Garfield Heights (Friday, August 27, 2010) – In addition to permanent work zones and daily work plan, the following work is scheduled to take place over the weekend in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties:

 Saturday, August 28:
I-71 Surveying, Cuyahoga County
On Saturday, August 28, crews on behalf of Thomas Fok & Associates will perform intermittent single lane closures on the I-90 westbound ramp to I-71 southbound and the I-90 eastbound ramp to I-71 northbound from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. in order to perform a survey of the area. 

Overnight Sunday, August 29:

I-90 Major Pavement Reconstruction, Village of Madison, LeRoy, Perry and Madison Townships, Lake County …Overnight Sunday, August 29 – weather permitting – crews will intermittently close the I-90 westbound entrance and exit ramps at SR 528 (River Road) from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to shift traffic.

Weekend Long Work:
I-71 Bridge Painting, Cleveland and Village of Linndale
Beginning on Friday, August 27 at 7 p.m. and continuing through Monday, August 30 at 6 a.m. crews will close multiple lanes on I-71 southbound between West 130^th Street and the Norfolk Southern Railroad as crews work to paint overhead bridges. Through approximately September 10, the Bellaire Road entrance ramp to I-71 southbound is closed as crews work to paint overhead bridges.  Motorists are detoured via West 130^th Street to I-71 southbound.
