Weekend Work beginning July 30, 2010
Garfield Heights (Friday, July 30, 2010) – In addition to permanent work zones and daily work plan, the following work is scheduled to take place over the weekend in Cuyahoga County:
Overnight Friday, July 30:
I-77 Add Lane Project, Brecksville, Broadview Heights and Independence
Overnight Friday, July 30, crews will close the Wallings Road entrance ramp to I-77 southbound and the I-77 northbound exit ramp to Wallings Road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to perform pavement operations. Motorists will be detoured via adjacent ramps.
Overnight Sunday, August 1:
I-77 Add Lane Project, Brecksville, Broadview Heights and Independence
Overnight Sunday, August 1, crews will close the I-77 southbound exit ramp to Pleasant Valley Road, the Pleasant Valley Road entrance ramp to I-77 southbound and the I-77 northbound exit ramp to Wallings road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to perform pavement operations. Motorists will be detoured via adjacent ramps. Also, overnight Sunday crews will be closing one lane of I-77 southbound between Pleasant Valley and Miller Roads from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. in order to perform pavement operations.
Weekend Long Work:
I-71 Bridge Painting, Cleveland and Village of Linndale
Beginning Friday, July 30 at 7 p.m. through Monday, August 2 at 6 a.m. crews will close multiple lanes on I-71 north and southbound between Bellaire Road and the Norfolk Southern Railroad. The entire project paints the following bridges along I-71: West 130th Street, Bellaire Road, Memphis Avenue and Norfolk Southern.
