Garfield Heights (Friday, October 29, 2010) – In addition to permanent work zones and daily work plan, the following work is scheduled to take place over the weekend in Cuyahoga County:

 Saturday, October 30:
State Route 174 (Chagrin River Road), Village of Gates Mills
On Saturday, October 30, crews will work to paint the SR 174 (Chagrin River Road) bridge just north of Old Mill Road in the Village of Gates Mills from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Traffic will be maintained utilizing flaggers.   

 Weekend Long Work:
I-71 Bridge Painting, Cleveland and Village of Linndale
Beginning Friday, October 29, crews will close the right two lanes of I-71 north and southbound between the Norfolk Southern Railroad and West 130^th from 8 a.m. through 7 a.m. Monday, November 1 as crews work to paint overhead bridges. Through approximately Monday, November 1, the I-71 northbound marginal road exit ramp at West 130^th Street/Bellaire Road will be closed as crews work to paint the overhead bridge.  Bellaire Road will remain accessible via the W. 130^th Street ramp system.  The entire project paints the following bridges along I-71: West 130^th Street, Bellaire Road, Memphis Avenue and Norfolk Southern. Tentative completion date: November 2010.
