Labor Relations Office Staff

​The Labor Relations Office is responsible for interpreting and enforcing the contract between the State of Ohio and the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA), maintaining a professional and open relationship between labor and management, representing management in grievance proceedings, overseeing the Drug Free Workplace program, and enforcing work rules in a consistent and equitable manner to ensure a well-ordered and effective workforce.
