The ODOT District 12 Interchange Enhancement and Beautification Program is an opportunity to create and maintain an attractive interchange when local governments and community groups partner with ODOT District 12 to beautify interchanges in the state right of way. Together, ODOT and the government or community group create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing interchange.
