The District 12 Construction department is responsible for assuring that all construction contracts are completed in a safe, timely and economic manner. Responsibilities include quality assurance that all materials and items constructed are in accordance with the plans and specifications. Additional responsibilities include LPA project oversight and verification that all Prevailing Wage and EEO regulations are adhered to.

Testing supervises the operation, personnel and testing activities of the District’s Bituminous Concrete and Aggregate Laboratory and also the field Bituminous Concrete Laboratories at producers’ plants during the production of material for state projects. Contact: Nader Armand (216) 584-2170
