District 11 encompasses a seven county region in eastern Ohio, including Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson and Tuscarawas counties. District 11 is responsible for 3,300 lane miles of roads and over 1,000 bridges. Our headquarters is located in New Philadelphia, which is in Tuscarawas County.
