Call for Abstracts
Abstracts will be accepted for OTEC 2014: March 3 - April 4, 2014
Please read the following instructions as the process has changed for the 2014 OTEC Abstract Submissions.
Please do not email the abstract form to the OTEC Administrator. Forms sent directly to the Administrator will NOT be considered for the 2014 OTEC Program.
To submit an abstract:
Download the Adobe PDF Form, by clicking the button located below the instructions, and save it locally. (This allows you to work on the form over a period of days and submit your information to OTEC when you're ready.)
Open the form in Adobe Reader to fill it out. (If you need an updated version of Adobe reader, click here.)
Once complete, transmit the form to OTEC by clicking on the "Submit" button located at the bottom left of the form. (This requires an active Web connection.)
If you receive the following warning, select "Allow" to send the data electronically to OTEC:
- Once your data has been transmitted successfully to OTEC, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the form (this should be the submitter) containing all the submitted abstract information.
Remember to fill out the form after you have saved it to your computer in Adobe Reader.
