Exhibitors & Booth Information
Exhibiting at OTEC is an excellent opportunity for your organization to display its recent achievements and network with transportation professionals. It also provides an unprecedented source of advertisement. Many contractors have capitalized on this opportunity and credit OTEC for increasing their business.
Exhibitor Booths: $600 - 1 booth/$1150 - 2 booths
- One - 10' x 10' booth with 8' backdrape and 3' draped siderails
- One - 7" x 44" 2-line ID sign
- One - 2' x 6' skirted display table
- One - waste basket with liner
- Two - chairs
- Installation, maintenance, dismantling, security
- Two - full conference registrations* (New)
*Full conference registration consists of entry to all technical sessions, opening session, Tuesday & Wednesday continental breakfast, and the Tuesday light lunch and evening mixer. The mixer is held among the exhibitors in C Hall. Wednesday luncheon tickets must be purchased separately.
Booth locations will be assigned in order on a first come, first serve basis with full payment of the registration fee. We try to honor all requests as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any request. You will receive an Exhibitor Confirmation when the booth assignments have been made. Online registration will begin in July.
Set Up/Decorator Information
Exhibitor set-up is Monday, October 26, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. The registration desk will also be opened for exhibitors to pre-register on Monday, October 26, from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. All exhibit set-up MUST be completed on Monday. Exhibits will be open Tuesday, October 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Wednesday, October 28 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Teardown will not begin prior to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Exhibitors with trailers can park at the Convention Center "East Lot" on Nationwide Blvd. across from the Red Roof Inn.
All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
NO refunds will be made after October 12th.
