*Full conference registration consists of entry to all technical sessions, opening session, Tuesday & Wednesday continental breakfast, and the Tuesday light lunch and evening networking session. The networking session is held among the exhibitors in D Hall. Wednesday luncheon tickets must be purchased separately.
Booth locations will be assigned in order on a first come, first serve basis with full payment of the registration fee. We try to honor all requests as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any request. You will receive an Exhibitor Confirmation when the booth assignments have been made. Online registration will begin in August.

Exhibitors with trailers can park at the Convention Center "East Lot" on Nationwide Blvd. across from the Red Roof Inn.
All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
NO refunds will be made after October 14th.
