Presentation Submission Form for Speakers
 Reminder to Speakers: The deadline for submitting OTEC presentations to ODOT is October 10, 2014.
NOTE: Internet is now available in conference rooms (presentation rooms) ONLY.

Submissions Criteria

Presentation Format: Presentations must be in PPT or PPTX format.

Presentation Size: Presentations cannot exceed a 20MB file size. (For information on how to compress PowerPoint presentations, containing lots of images and videos, please see wikiHow site How to Reduce Powerpoint File Size.)

Presentation Naming Convention: Presentations must follow a standard naming convention that includes the presenter's last name and contains no spaces, i.e., smith_session_2.pptx or jones_AJX_inc.pdf. OTEC staff must be able to easily identify and connect the presenter with his or her presentation.

Multiple Presenters/Multiple Presenations: If there are multiple presenters and multiple presentations for your session, please submit each presentation with presenter information separately.

Re-Submissions: We do not encourage re-submissions of presentations as the set up of presentations must be done before the conference begins. However, should you absolutely need to re-submit a presentation, please note that on the submission form where applicable.
