Steve Luebbe, P.E., P.S.
Steve Luebbe graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He started his career as a Co-op for the Butler County Engineer’s Office in 1984 and continued to work there after graduation. Steve started with the survey crew, progressed through several levels of the engineering department and eventually resigned in 1996 as Deputy Engineer of Design. He spent the next two years with JMA Consultants, a small general civil engineering firm located in Cincinnati. His primary responsibility was to expand a newly opened satellite office by bringing in engineering, and managing projects — both public and private. In 1998 Steve was appointed Fayette County Engineer and has since been elected four times. Since 1999 he has also held the position of County Sanitary Engineer.
