Chase Wells, P.E.
Chase Wells began his career as an intern for two summers in ODOT District 10 on the first phase of the U.S. 33 Nelsonville Bypass. Chase was hired full time in 2010 as a Project Engineer for ODOT District 10. In 2012, Chase transferred to ODOT Central Office where he currently works for the Office of Alternative Project Delivery in the Division of Construction Management. He currently acts as ODOT’s Statewide Partnering Coordinator, Value Engineering Change Proposal Coordinator and manager of the LPA Construction Oversight Program. Chase also assists the Office of Alternative Project Delivery in pursing alternative contracting methods, managing prebid questions and addenda for ODOT-let projects, implementing electronic documentation and piloting 3D models on ODOT construction projects.
Chase Wells graduated from Ohio University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Ohio. Chase is a native of Monroe County, and currently resides in Franklin County with his wife, Stephanie and two daughters.
