ODOT to Host Freight Impact Symposium
Transportation Leaders to Discuss Freight Study

What: The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is hosting the Ohio Freight Symposium to highlight the findings of the recently completed Ohio freight Study Freight Impacts on Ohio's Roadway System.

The two-year study, which focused on the movement of freight within and through Ohio, will be used to enable ODOT to increase economic development opportunities in the state and be prepared to meet the significant demands freight traffic places on Ohio's roads and bridges. The study contains a wide array of information about freight commodities and how they move within and through Ohio.
