The Cuyahoga River Valley Intermodal Connector Study is working to improve intermodal connections between the Willow Lift Bridge and West 3rd Street/Quigley Road transportation spine, minimize truck traffic on moveable bridges, landmark structures and other sensitive areas and enhance economic development opportunities.
