Akron Central Interchange ProjectInformation on the proposed upgrades to the Interstates 76 & 77 Central Interchange and the near "West Leg" in Akron. A joint effort between ODOT, the city of Akron and the Akron Metropolitan Area Transportation Study. The Allen Interstate 75 StudyODOT, in cooperation with FHWA, is proposing to correct geometric deficiencies, improve pavement and bridge conditions, improve safety, and increase transportation efficiency within the I-75 corridor in Allen and Auglaize counties. The Brent Spence BridgeThis bridge and its approaches are key elements of the nation’s Interstate Highway System. This facility, carrying both I-75 and I-71 traffic through the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, has significant safety and capacity problems and is under study for improvement. Cleveland Urban Core ProjectsInformation on a series of studies and infrastructure projects to rebuild portions of downtown Cleveland. This site includes access to the Innerbelt Plan (Central Viaduct Bridge), Lakefront West and Cleveland Opportunity Corridor areas. The Eastern CorridorThis project is evaluating long-term transportation solutions necessary to meet growing usage patterns in the region extending from downtown Cincinnati and eastern Hamilton County to western Clermont County. I-70/I-71 Columbus South Innerbelt This corridor study seeks solutions to the problems of congestion, traffic delays and safety hazards on the I-70/I-71 split in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Public input is an important part of this study. I-75 Mill Creek Expressway This study, in the Cincinnati/St. Bernard/ Elmwood Place area, aims to improve traffic flow, enhance safety and minimize impacts to adjacent properties along I-75 from the Paddock Road interchange on the north and the Western Hills Viaduct interchange on the south. I-75 ModernizationInterstate 75 through Dayton will be upgraded and modernized over the next 10-12 years.

Go OHIO – Ohio’s Transportation Futures PlanGo OHIO will deliver a detailed blueprint for transforming Ohio’s vast road, rail, transit, maritime, air and bicycle/pedestrian transportation assets into one, fully integrated, technically-advanced system that will help ignite the economy and bring value to communities across the state. Ohio Statewide Rail PlanThe ODOT and ORDC state rail plan is intended to formulate a state vision for freight and passenger rail in the future and strategies to achieve that vision. State Route 8 ConnectionTo meet the increasing traffic demands, the ODOT launched a major construction and improvement project focusing on SR 8 in Northern Summit County. Check out the SR 8 site often for updates regarding detours, traffic, progress reports and more. State Route 315 ProjectThree miles of SR 315, from I-670 to the Ackerman Road exit, will be under construction. The project includes work on several bridges and pavement condition improvements. Toledo I-75/I-475 Interchange, Improving your Ride This Study's Mission: "To facilitate a process by which interested groups and individuals in the Toledo Metropolitan Area will work with the project team to develop a preferred alternative for improving the I-75/I-475 systems interchange that can be approved and funded". Thru the Valley Project The Thru the Valley project involves the widening and reconstruction of I-75 from I-275 (on the north) to Paddock Road (on the south) in Hamilton County, Southwest Ohio. U.S. 24 - "Fort to Port"Realignment and expansion of U.S. Route 24 from Ft. Wayne, IN to Port Toledo in northwest Ohio. This road is a major truck route and creates safety problems because of its current winding alignment. The new alignment will improve safety and increase mobility. U.S. 30 Informational Web Site Information about upgrading U.S. 30 from a two-lane to a four-lane divided highway from Hancock County in northwest Ohio to State Route 11 east of Lisbon in northeast Ohio. U.S. 33 Nelsonville BypassPhases II and III of this project are now underway, thanks to ARRA Stimulus funding, for this important 'Appalachian Gateway' improvement. This long-awaited, environmentally sensitive upgrade will complete U.S. Route 33 as contiguous multi-lane divided corridor across Southeast Ohio. Wilmington BypassProject relocates State Route 73 north of the city of Wilmington in Clinton County
