Added Peak Hour Capacity
Added Peak Hour Capacity allows the TRAC to evaluate the extent to which proposed project will increase the capacity of the transit service. The increase in the number of seats available will show the potential for new individuals to be served by the proposed improvement. The seats will be an average of the seats in a single peak hour.
