Traffic Engineering Manual - Revision Sets

  This manual is a consolidation of ODOT traffic engineering policies, guidelines, standards and best practices. It is intended that all ODOT traffic engineering information is found in this manual, or is cross-referenced from it. Information from several previous publications and documents have been incorporated into this one, including the Traffic Control Application Standards Manual, the Traffic Control Design Information Manual and the Construction Guidelines Manual for Traffic Control Devices. The TEM was published in October 2002 with an effective date of December 2, 2002.
