Interstate 75/Thru the Valley project update
Hamilton County (Wednesday, June 21, 2017) - Beginning Monday, June 26
various lane closures on southbound Interstate 75 between Shepherd Avenue
and the Lockland exit (Exit 12).
Lane closures will be
in place week nights from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. and weekends from 7 p.m. until 6
a.m. through the beginning of August. Once complete southbound traffic
will be shifted to the right/west side of the freeway.
In addition various
lane closures on the ramp from southbound I-75 to Glendale Milford Road
and the ramp from Glendale Milford Road to southbound I-75.
Lane closures on the
ramps will be in place week nights from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. and weekends from 7
p.m. until 6 a.m. through the beginning of August.
Traffic will be
maintained and all work is contingent upon weather.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists
should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while
passing through the work zone.
