Interstate 75 traffic shift scheduled
Hamilton County (Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017) - A traffic shift requires the
high speed lanes of north and southbound Interstate 75 to be placed on the
median (center) shoulders between Towne Street (mile marker 8) and State Route
126 (mile marker 10).
The traffic shift will
be in place from 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24 until 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2.
Arrow boards and/or
signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and
restrictions.
To help ensure the
safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should
remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing
through the work zone.
