Aerial crossing over Interstate 75 requires full closure

Warren County (Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013) – Fibertech Technologies will be working on an aerial cable crossing over north and southbound Interstate 75, south of Pennyroyal Road between State Route 73 and Austin Pike, on Saturday, Oct. 5.

From 12:01 to 5 a.m. Saturday, lanes will be restricted until crews are ready to pull aerial cable across the freeway.  At that time, there will be one short-term, 15-minute full closure of all lanes of I-75.

Law enforcement officers will be used for traffic control.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming full closure.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
