Aerial crossing over Interstate 275 requires full closure
Hamilton County (Wednesday, March 12, 2014) – Utility work will require a full closure of east and westbound Interstate 275 at Blue Rock Road.
From 12:01 to 5 a.m. Friday, March 14 lanes will be restricted until crews are ready to pull aerial cable across the freeway. At that time, there will be one short-term, 15-minute full closure of all lanes of I-275.
Traffic will be maintained and law enforcement officers will be used for traffic control.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming full closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
