Aerial utility work over U.S. 35 requires short-term full closures
 
Greene County (Friday, March 28, 2014) – Aerial utility work will require hold and release road closures on U.S. 35.
 
From 12:01 to 5 a.m. Monday, March 31, there will be multiple 15 minute hold and release closures on east and westbound U.S. 35, west of Trebein Road.  Law enforcement officers will be used for traffic control.
 
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming full closure.
 
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
