Asbury Road Closed for Bridge Repair

County (Friday, June 3, 2011) – Asbury Road at Interstate 275 will close on Monday, June 13 for approximately 10 days for bridge repair work. The detour for this closure will be north on Asbury Road to east on Woodruff Road to south on Eight Mile Road to west on Hopper Road, back to Asbury Road.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
