Metal Pipe Certified in Accordance with Supplement 1019
Manufacturers conforming with this supplement’s requirements are eligible to supply corrugated metal pipe under certification. Provide certified corrugated pipe materials meeting 707.01, 707.02, 707.03, 707.04, 707.05, 707.07, 707.11, 707.12, 707.13, 707.14, 707.15, 707.21, 707.22 707.23, 707.24 and 707.25 to the Department. No changes or revisions to any other ODOT, ASTM or AASHTO specifications are made in this supplement. Ship certified corrugated metal pipe (CMP) direct to ODOT projects. Transferring CMP between manufacturers is not acceptable.
Certification of metal pipe does not eliminate the Project Engineer’s authority to inspect and reject any, or all, certified products delivered to the jobsite with excessive defects, damage or that do not meet specifications.
